While the COVID pandemic has had a disproportionate impact on young workers and communities of color, the 2023 Portland Youth Job Fair is our region’s chance to support our future workers and leaders, and sponsorship is critical to our ability to execute our fairs. Standard Booth – $350
- One 10′ x 10′ booth that contains an 8′ draped table and two chairs

Some of Our Results
Our first Youth Job Fair happened in 2018 where we hosted 1,200 young people from across the metro area. 2022 was our first year back in person since the pandemic where we had over 400 youth attend excited to meet employers, get on the spot interviews, and the opportunity to network making new and thoughtful connections.
The primary focus our annual Youth Job Fair is to help young people find immediate jobs, and to reduce barriers to successful employment. Each year more than 40% of fair attendees took part in on-site interviews and were offered jobs or second interviews. Of the attendees, 63% self-identified as persons of color.
